DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Mehmet Kara Photography provides professional photography and videography services in Cappadocia, Türkiye. As a service-based business, the following delivery and refund terms apply.
1. SERVICE DELIVERY
Photography and videography sessions are delivered as follows:
• Unedited preview photos: within 1–3 days after the session.
• Final edited images: within 2–3 weeks after client selections.
• Cinematic video (if included): within 3–4 weeks.
Delivery is made digitally via secure online transfer (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or similar). No physical products are shipped.
2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
All sessions require an online deposit payment to secure the selected date.
The deposit:
• Confirms and blocks the date exclusively for the client.
• Covers pre-production planning and administrative costs.
• Is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via agreed methods on the day of the photoshoot.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING (12-MONTH CREDIT)
If the client cancels or needs to reschedule:
• The deposit payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• However, the paid deposit remains valid as a credit for future use for a period of 12 months (one year) from the original scheduled date.
• The client may use this credit to book a new session within this 12-month period, subject to the photographer's availability.
• If the deposit is not used within 12 months, the credit expires and the deposit is forfeited.
• For any rescheduled sessions, current package pricing at the time of the new booking will apply.
4. WEATHER POLICY
Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent and are not controlled by Mehmet Kara Photography.
If balloons are cancelled due to weather:
• The photoshoot will proceed as scheduled.
• Alternative scenic locations will be used.
• Balloons may be professionally added in post-production when appropriate.
• Weather conditions or balloon cancellations DO NOT qualify as grounds for a refund or deposit return.
5. NO-SHOW POLICY
If the client does not appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice, the session is considered cancelled and the deposit is forfeited. The 12-month credit policy does not apply to no-shows.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalized and time-reserved nature of photography services:
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Services already performed are non-refundable.
• Digital products delivered cannot be returned or refunded.
