DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Mehmet Kara Photography provides professional photography and videography services in Cappadocia, Türkiye. As a service-based business, the following delivery and refund terms apply.
1. Service Delivery
Photography sessions are delivered as follows:
• Unedited preview photos: within 1–3 days after the session
• Final edited images: within 2–3 weeks after client selections
• Cinematic video (if included): within 3–4 weeks
Delivery is made digitally via online transfer (Google Drive or similar secure platform).
No physical products are shipped.
2. Booking & Deposit Policy
All sessions require an online deposit payment to secure the selected date.
The deposit:
• Confirms the reservation
• Blocks the date exclusively for the client
• Is non-refundable
The remaining balance is paid on the day of the photoshoot.
3. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels:
• Deposit payments are non-refundable
• If cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the session date, the deposit may be transferred to a new available date (subject to availability)
If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the session date, the deposit is forfeited.
4. Weather Policy
Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent and not controlled by Mehmet Kara Photography.
If balloons are cancelled due to weather:
• The photoshoot will proceed as scheduled
• Alternative scenic locations will be used
• Balloons may be professionally added in post-production when appropriate
Weather conditions do not qualify as grounds for refund.
5. No-Show Policy
If the client does not appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and time-reserved nature of photography services:
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable
• Services already performed are non-refundable
• Digital products delivered cannot be returned or refunded
By completing a booking, the client agrees to these terms.
