DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

BUYER:
The individual who completes a booking and payment through the official website (“Client”).
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding photography and/or videography services booked online through the Seller’s website with a deposit payment.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The service consists of professional photography/videography sessions in Cappadocia, Türkiye on a specific agreed date. It includes location shooting and digital delivery of edited materials. No physical products are shipped.
4. DEPOSIT & NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
• All deposits paid are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
• The deposit secures the specific date and time exclusively for the Client and covers pre-production planning.
5. 12-MONTH USAGE RIGHT (RESCHEDULING)
• Although the deposit is non-refundable, it remains valid as a credit for future use.
• If a session is cancelled or needs to be rescheduled, the paid deposit amount can be applied to a new booking within 12 months (one year) from the original scheduled date.
• After the 12-month period, the deposit credit expires and can no longer be claimed or transferred.
• For rescheduled sessions, the current package prices at the time of the new booking will apply. The previous deposit will be deducted from the new total balance.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with consumer protection regulations for date-specific services, the Client does not have the right of withdrawal or refund once the booking is confirmed and the date is blocked.
7. WEATHER & HOT AIR BALLOONS
Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent and outside the control of the Seller.
• If balloons are cancelled due to weather, the photoshoot will proceed as planned at alternative scenic locations.
• Balloons may be digitally added during post-production if appropriate.
• Weather conditions or balloon cancellations do not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. DELIVERY
• Preview images: within 1–3 days after the session.
• Final edited images: within 2–3 weeks after client selections.
• Cinematic video (if included): within 3–4 weeks.
Delivery is made digitally via secure online transfer.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
The deposit is paid online through the official payment provider. The remaining balance is payable in cash on the day of the photoshoot.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By completing the online deposit payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement, including the non-refundable deposit and the 12-month credit policy.
