DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

BUYER:
The individual who completes a booking through the official website (“Client”).
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding photography and/or videography services booked online through the Seller’s website with a deposit payment.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The purchased service consists of professional photography and/or videography sessions to be performed in Cappadocia, Türkiye on a specific agreed date.
The service includes:
• Reservation of a specific date and time
• On-location photography and/or video production
• Digital delivery of selected and edited materials
• No physical product shipment
4. BOOKING & DEPOSIT
A booking becomes confirmed only after the Client completes the online deposit payment.
The deposit:
• Secures and blocks the selected date exclusively for the Client
• Covers time reservation and pre-production planning
• Is strictly non-refundable
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the photoshoot.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, services related to specific dates or time periods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Since photography sessions are date-specific services, the Client does not have the right to withdraw once the booking is confirmed.
6. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the scheduled date, the deposit may be transferred to a new available date (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7. WEATHER CONDITIONS
Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent and outside the control of the Seller.
If balloons are cancelled due to weather:
• The photoshoot will proceed as planned
• Alternative scenic locations will be used
• Balloons may be professionally added during post-production when appropriate
Weather conditions do not constitute grounds for refund.
8. DELIVERY
• Preview images: within 1–3 days after the session
• Final edited images: within 2–3 weeks after client selections
• Cinematic video (if included): within 3–4 weeks
Delivery is made digitally via secure online transfer.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
The deposit is paid online through the official payment provider.
The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day of the session.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By completing the online payment, the Client acknowledges and accepts all terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement enters into force electronically upon confirmation of payment.
